Do people still cheat in Arena?

Wondering if people still use overlays when picking cards for arena or if Blizzard found a way to counteract these. I know people could achieve similar by writing down the cards but the overall skill is greatly reduced, especially during the picking process

Edit: The number of people exploiting these tools that aren’t built into the game coming out to say “it’s not cheating” is a joke. If you use external software to make picks you’re taking most of the skill out of the game
