Noob question! How do I prepare gunpowder to be IV’d?

Been so sick of the damn fent game so put in an order of fent/zene free gunpowder. I have test strips to be sure. I’ve only ever done heroin once, and my friend prepped it and shot me up. Holy fuck was I high. But then I got hooked on the blues/fent powder. I’ve been going through gnarly withdrawal for a couple days from the fent so that the H will actually have an effect. When it comes. I will start small and have a friend with Narcan with me. But how do I prep it to be shot? Experienced needle user here, but never got into shooting opiates. Shot through zips on zips of fishscale cocaine, tons of meth, lots of ketamine, even lsd once. Lol needless to say I know how to hit and register and will start small. But how do I prep it? Mix with water, and then add heat until it dissolves, then filter out? Just curious because I keep seeing comments about citric and what not. I can just use water, heat, and filter. Right? Thanks.
