Please help!!! I think my hog nose is dying!

My hognose got out of his enclosure the 29th after a feed(the lid has a difficult clip and it wasn’t closed correctly completely our fault). We were in the middle of moving houses and he must’ve made it into a box because we found him today out in our spare bedroom at the new house. My SO said he was stiff, but when he noticed my SO he stuck his tongue out. He automatically put him in his enclosure with water and heat lamp. He then started withering around with his mouth open like he was trying to regurgitate food or maybe play dead? But he’s never played dead he’s way too friendly and socialized. His mouth is normally a light pink and it’s now a dark blue(worse now then it was in the picture) please help what do I do! Also no exotic vets open near me!
