Which way should I orientate my new home theater?

The current plan is to have the theater screen directly to the right when entering the room. The thought was to make it easier to construct the seating riser if it was against the back wall. Trouble is I'm currently planning to do towers, so you'd have to trip over the right channel to get into the room.

Also ignore the furniture in the drawing, not to scale or position.
