Dieffenbachia floppy leaves

I bought a dieffenbachia around a week ago and since buying some of the leaves have started flopping. I thought it may need watering but it's still floppy. I have it in my bedroom opposite a window so it gets a good amount of sunlight and it's still in its nursery pot. I'm worried it's going to die on me a week in! Help!
