Any recommendations for grow lights ?

I am looking for some grow lights for my plants. Lots of options and I'm a bit lost as I have no idea what should I look after so please let me know what should I look at. Light color? Light spectrum ? Wattage?

No Amazon where I live so I'll get them from Temu most probably.

Any recommendations from Temu? Or even other sources cause I can search and maybe find them on Temu.
