I’ve watched this show a billion times and never understood this

So obviously Rachel moved to the city and she knew Monica and Ross from HS, but she meets Chandler in the first episode but on flashbacks Chandler was there with Rachel in them? I’m rewatching the show again and I legit always think about this 😂
