3 emails to iFit to renew individual membership - unreturned

Based in Canada. Bought a Nordictrack treadmill i1750.

Had the first year free of ifit

The following 2 years. I would email them and ask for the individual membership as they would hide it on their website and had to do it on their end otherwise they try to get you to pay twice or three times as much for their family membership.

Back in August 2024 i reached to them to renew and they changed something on their end and said its good for a week for like $144 a year. I was going to do it but ended up traveling. So this month i asked to get it again but since then no response

No email to them gets any response

Anyway to get the individual membership without jumping through hoops?

If i log into my account the only options seen are family. No individual ( but that has always been that way since 2 years ago thats why they would do it. They basically hide it in the hope you will pay for family)
