IH and time change?

I'm in the US and the last few weeks I've been having more and more sleep inertia in the mornings for 2h. I take Xywav and the past 6mo before this went really well for me. I suspect it could be related to it getting so dark out, but I don't know for sure. I'm looking into a smart timer for my happylight but just the happylight this morning wasn't that effective to wake me up. Bright spotlight in my face and I'm still falling a sleep for 2h like wtf lol. Anybody have any insight?
