Hi there... I am final MBBS student. Yesterday my Medicine professor showed us an ECG of a 22 year old patient.

He wanted to us to show him the abnormality and our entire class was stumped. It would be much appreciated if a Medicine PG or a Cardiologist can help me decipher this. Thanks in advance sir/ ma'am
