Bangalore Upcoming Ring Roads

Hi Are any of you guys looking for projects close to upcoming ring roads in Bangalore like Peripheral ring road, intermediate ring road and satellite ring road? Or are these projects like a modern day Bermuda triangle (big in name and nothing in reality)?

Edit: there also some swift city and kwin city coming up. Is this also a pipe dream or more real than these ring roads?
