South Jakarta Tattoo artist

Hi! I'll be visiting South Jakarta this August. I plan to get a small, nice tattoo during my trip to make it a little bit more memorable.

Do you have any suggestions for a good tattoo artist? Preferably someone who prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness but also inexpensive.
