How rare is a home run?

I've had the pleasure of experiencing home runs twice in the last 10 years, been going to In N Out my entire life in So Cal. No one I have mentioned it to had any idea what I'm talking about. How often does it actually happen?

It was actually an extremely positive example of the customer service level and preparedness, so no complaints.

Edit: seems like people are getting bent out of shape here. When the in n out order takers make a mistake and accidentally skip someone in line, they have a process to handle that. And it works great!

Not talking about people that just don't order at the speaker 🤦‍♂️
