I’m pretty introverted and I need some help

Hey guys! So I’m a recently graduated lawyer and a lot of my work is gonna involve networking with people and having conversations with seniors and stuff. I’m neither too confident nor am I too shy but for some reason I always get too in my head when I’m talking to someone, to the point where sometimes I breathe too hard, my palms start sweating and the worst part is I stammer a lot. It’s like there’s always this pressure to sound interesting or keep the other person entertained with the conversation. Can you guys tell me some exercises that I could do or affirmations to say to myself before getting into such situations? Thank you.
