IPod nano 1st + bluetooth

Hi all!

I am the happy owner of an ipod nano 1st gen but I'd like to also use it via Bluetooth. I don't even know if a mod exist and probably it would be hard to do but I found many 30 pin Bluetooth adapters on aliexpress... This kind of simple adapter would solve my problem but... Did anyone buy one? Are they any good?
