CG Grinders: How do you do it?

Just curious how many clears the big grinders are getting a day. I can complete my runs using t2 armor about 9/10 times now, just hit 88kc. I know I'm in for the grind, but I can never bring myself to do more than 4 or 5 a day. What's the right amount of runs a day or week to stay sane?
