Updateing to ios 17.3 from ios 15.4.1

Hey there everyone, Im looking to update Ipad 6th gen from 15.4.1 to 17.3.0 is there a way to do that? 😅

Its a company ipad but its givn to me it been setting on the shelf for quite some time now and im looking to open make root jailbreak on it and the only version I sow that I can do that with is from 16.7-17.3
