Got scammed near NRI circle by a girl

Recently met a girl on snap we talked for a week and decided to meet in real, we have selected a cafe near our location, she came we talked about many things and fixed second meet👀👀 she came with her car ik it was her, she asked me for cash in exchange of upi transfer I said why not and done the payment and now I have received a mail for that UPI payment from RBI and got my all bank account blocked and she was blocked me from everywhere……
