I know it’s all a game.

Probably orders passed down from corporate to never let the real secret out, and if you see it out, quickly comment to divert suspicions and cause confusion!

I’ve never liked mayo. I still don’t. It’s disgusting. Except for JM’s mayo. It’s amazing. In fact, now that I’m pregnant, I have been asking for EXTRA mayo on my sandwich and sometimes on the side.

I have been on the hunt for where to find THE Jersey Mike’s mayo. I’ve seen all kinds of answers online.

Jersey Mike’s own brand

It’s the same as any extra heavy mayo

It’s a no-brand generic extra heavy mayo from restaurant depot

I even found a recent thread that said they had figured it out! It’s Ken’s! They work at Jersey Mike’s and found out it is Ken’s brand mayo all along! Just for someone else to comment that they also work at JM and did some digging, and turns out all locations use Hellman’s.

The store manager today said that they have mayo packets, would I be okay with those? When I asked for a cup of mayo on the side. I asked, is it the same mayo that you put on your sandwiches? To which he replied, “yes, it’s the same brand as the tubs we use”. He then hands me Kraft mayo packets. I get home, and it’s not even the same color as the mayo oozing out of my sandwich. 🤧

I’m onto y’all. I suspect the real answer is in fact Ken’s, because of the obvious diversion comment to Hellman’s. It is definitely not Hellman’s, I can’t stomach that one.
