Dealing with plateau in Judo

I've been training Judo for 6-7 years now and for the past 3 years, I feel I've not made any further progression in the sport. I don't feel any improvements in my skills or technique which is frustrating since it's a hella long time. The techniques I use, rarely utlize proper Judo e.g. not much kuzushi or explosiveness. I always beat the same people and lose to the same people.

My most effective throws seem to be sacrifice throws where I just drop my weight to do the throw - Koshi-Guruma (hip, but I still use like like a Maki), Harai Maki Komi and Sumi Gaeshi. Other than that, O-Soto Gari is another go-to. Even though I do Uchi Komi drills for other throws, I still end up going back to the ones which I am comfortable with in randori (perhaps this is why).

My question is, what's the best way to train so that I am improving and become more adept with other techniques?
