I am the minor

Apologies for contributing to the flood of speculatory minor issue questions:

All of the discourse on the website seems to be about broken lines for distant relatives with the minor issue multiple ancestors removed, proving a clearly severed line (in this interepretation). However, I have not read much about the LIBRA being only a single generation removed (my father).

While we are still early stages in our understanding of the decision, given this would be my declared "intent to keep citizenship" per the directive, does the minor issue not apply in this case?

Application is in to the consulate so am in wait & see mode, but have no alternative lines given both M/F were Italian born and I was born post-1948 so am left to speculate.
