Locked at 30fps with vsync on!

Hi!

Like the title said, i'm locked at 30fps with vsync on despite the 60fps limit! I can choose between 30 and 60, and if i choose 30 the game locked at 20.

If i deactivate the vysnc i'm going 100+fps, but in doing so the fan goes a little bit crazy and i would much prefer locking at 60!

Any solution?
