Offering: Dutch Seeking: German

I am Dutch guy who understands much of spoken German but has a lot of trouble improving his oral production. I am a native Dutch speaker from Rotterdam, although I am currently living in France. I would much like to find someone who would be interested in chatting with me for one or two (or even more) hours a week to improve.
