Kickstarter $50 off

Anyone here buy into their kickstarter campaign back in April on the Purevis 2? I just realized the Purevis 2 is finally out now and I have no idea how to claim the guaranteed $50 off they promised backers back in April. No email instruction whatsoever other than “you’re guaranteed VIP retail pricing blah blah” but when I tried to check out today, I couldn’t figure out how to claim it. Is it because of the Black Friday deals and I have to wait for the sales to end?
