What happened to my Tide- Brown“Simply all in one”

Please help, I have never had this problem before and I have bought tied small bottles many times. I have had this one for quite a awhile but nowhere close to a year. The first photo is of both bottles shaken up prior to photo and you can see that the transparent lid on the bad one which is marked with a sharpie has a cloudy tint. The one next to it is “normal” The following two photos one is a green color and the other is a blue color “normal“ Any ideas on how this could’ve happened?

This was brought to my attention when I washed a load of towels and then after drying them, they still smelled.
