When will I start hearing back?

I applied basically as soon as apps opened (September 1st and October 1st), and I’m so anxious. I really really just want ONE acceptance so I can know I’m going SOMEWHERE. I applied to: - UOregon - American - GW - UMich - BU -BC - Colorado -UWashington - Indiana Maurer - Wake Forest Any insight would be greatly appreciated 🥰
