Lego D&D vs Mos Eisley Cantina

So my wife wanted to get me the Mos Eisley Cantina for my 30th, but it was out of stock when it was my birthday, however it has come back in stock now and the D&D Lego set has just got reduced in price to £250 near me.

There’s two issues;

1 - I can’t really afford to buy both right away. 2 - We’ve only got a small place, no display room, will have to wait until we get our next place (could be a couple of years).

I suppose what I’m getting at is do we think either of these are going to be around this price again, and do you think they will be discontinued any time soon?
