Pricing of Creator Castle 31120

Hey, first post here and looking for some guidance on pricing! Am able to pickup a creator castle set for £117. Wanting to know if this is an alright price for the now retired set? - haven't bought a lego set since I was a child, so no idea at all on what a good price is 3rd party (bricklink seller). Will forever be kicking myself for not buying one when still in production...
