Predictions for Skyshade and Discussion

I would love to talk about predictions I have for Skyshade or some that y’all have! Also, how we are feeling as we wait just a little over a month for the next book.

Okay my predictions: 1. Some plot holes get taken care of. I am hoping that a lot the plot holes we have are due to AA still trying to hold all her cards and save some twists. But I hope she has taken a step back and addressed all plot holes and we will get either details to fix some of these ‘oopsies’ or we get the final pieces to make better sense of things. 2. Grim and Oro are going to closely follow the idea ‘a hero would sacrifice his greatest love to save the world, a villain would sacrifice the world for his greats love.’ With of course Oro being the hero and Grim the villain. I think Oro is going to ask Isla to sacrifice herself to keep the lands intact and not to open the portal. We know she is kept alive temporarily and Grim believes the thing needed to keep her fully alive is in the portal and doesn’t care if it dooms the whole world, he’s gonna go after it. 3. We are going to get more about what happened after Grim and Isla got married. Are going to get more about what happened while she was gone. 4. We are going to get Grim ‘groveling’ to Isla. Dude messed up and he knows it. He fumbled the bag big time. He got tricked but even so, he messed up hella hard taking Isla’s memories away which drove her to Oro, into another man’s bed. Now when I say grovel it might not be actually on knees, but in other sense. Or maybe he will be, who knows? 5. Grim is going to be struggling with being so thrilled to have Isla back, but also dealing with her furious with him, but also crazy jealous that she’s been with Oro (but he doesn’t have anyone to blame but himself. Maybe don’t steal your wife memories that’s she’s ur wife!). 6. If the series ends with this book, Grim wins and Oro dies. I’m team Grim lol. 7. This isn’t the last book. We are going to get a starling book, a moonling, a sunling, and end with a widling book. I think it’s gonna be 7 books total (why do I think that? Why would the series end with the title being the Skyling’s book? Like the least important group? Lol). 8. If we do get more books, we will get more of Isla alone, away from both Grim and Oro trying to figure things out more by herself. With both fellas going nuts lol.
