I just finished LISA: the painful. It’s an atrocious act of torment and I’m all for it; but now what?

I just finished the game; joyless, with 2 arms lost; but there’s a lot of unsolved mysteries and most likely also a lot of secrets that I haven’t gotten the chance to discover. I’d play the game again but to be honest, that would be a massive slog and I was interested if there was somewhere else I could look for juicy lore before I delve into Lisa the joyful.
