Local Co-op games that allow for use of multiple monitors?

Many people have more than a single monitor these fays. are there perhaps any games that allow for the use of player per monitor instead of split screen please?

having googled. I see that I would be able to play with my Nvidia settings and arrange things so vertical split screen would project itself over 2 monitor setup as single monitor

but wondered if there were any existing games that straight up take advantage of a lot of people having multiple displays. thanks
