VirtualPostMail Review

Just in case anyone is researching mail scanning services, I figured I'd post a little review of VirtualPostMail (www.virtualpostmail.com). We've been using it for about four months now while living abroad. So far it's working perfectly. When we receive paper mail, I get an email notification. I log into the VPM website and see scans of the envelope exteriors. If I want to see the contents of an envelope, I request they open it and scan the contents. When the scans are available, I get another email. It usually takes less than a day for scanning. You can also archive scanned mail, have it physically forwarded to you, or request shredding. The website is very clean and simple to use. They have multiple pricing plans based on the number of recipients and pieces of mail. I pay $30/month, but I could probably drop to the $20 plan and be fine.

This is not a sponsored post. I didn't find many reviews when I was researching providers, so hopefully this helps someone. Let me know if you have any questions.
