Seeking the ceiling for soulfist

I just came across with what seems to be a new build variant for robust spirit, which I was oblivious of for some reason that runs swiftness on the neck, as a soulfist main I'm now left wondering if this will help me close the gap with my db main friend, as I feel like EO just can't keep up nowadays with that broken-ass class regardless of me playing with perfect uptime.
