no tracking info?

I got an email saying I’ll get a confirmation email soon from the no reply email. this was on august 20th. I’ve been checking my spam and email constantly, still no confirmation email…. I’ve even logged into my jam pack account and there’s no number there either. has anyone else had this issue?
