Black Desert Online: Failed to CreateDevice error. MacOS Sonoma 14.5 + Apple M2 Max

I get this error while trying to run Black Desert Online on my Mac. I am able to go past the first couple of black screens (they are normal windows but it is all black and you can't see the elements of it, so if you click where you usually do to bypass them - they will work fine), but when the game actually tries to start - I get this error and no idea what to do with that.
Please let me know if you were able to go past this error with that game or any other game.
Also, did anyone try to run it on Sequoia with GPTK2?

PS: the game is able to run on Parallels (by updating a few regex files) but I don't like the low FPS and the fact it is heating my Mac so much so it makes no sense to use it.
