I know it's unprofessional to a degree but let's talk hourly

I got 25$ 8:30-5:30 m-f overtime is light ATM because I was part of a temp service hire with my amazing coworker from Afghanistan we took out 85 work order in one month and we are in the process of being hired on now thag were 3 months in.
