Hiring Managers- Friend of mine hasn’t worked since 2015. Did complete college from 2016-2019 but has done nothing since. What are the chances of him getting hired?

My friend is 35 and has not worked in 10 years. Graduates in 2019 with a degree in CS with a concentration in cyber security but he’s in my had two interviews back in 2019.

Claims he applies to jobs but blames the economy. He will not let me look at his resume for feedback. Only applies to jobs in his field and refuses to do anything else.

How likely are to throw away a resume with a 10yr gap for someone who is not a caretaker? (SAP, taking care of elderly)
