MM Scans, Reaper Scans, Flame Scans, and Asura Scans are all scanslating Level 1 Player! To figure out who's the best, I have transcribed their translations to compare side-by-side.
TLDR: Asura and Reaper were the best, and their translations were also very similar to each other. Reaper was the only one who translated the sfx but missed a few speech bubbles. Thus, you have to pick between Reaper's sfx or Asura's consistency. Flame didn't translation building signs, and their translations were a bit more wordy than the other two. MM Scans made some mistakes and got dropped from the transcription early on. They are okay, but not on the level of the other three.

Ugh, I got really tired at the end. I'm not doing for any other chapter.
All three translated accurately for the most part, and any irregularities would have been resolved from the context of the story and the art. You can't really go wrong reading any of the three. I was also surprised how very similar Reaper and Asura were in translations and word choices.
Even MM scans that I dropped was understandable, but clearly a level worse than the other three. Flame didn't translate signs, and this is going to put them behind the other two on a basic level. Many of their translations also seemed unnecessarily wordy. Reaper should have won this with all the sfx they translated, but missing a few speech bubbles is a rather serious mistake, even if they were not important bubbles. Their translations were also a little more concise overall, and I really liked that, but they also have more mistakes. Asura is really more consistent overall.
As a result, I'd just leave Asura and Reaper as a tie, and people can decide how much they value sfx translations!
