Is ASME GDTP – 2009 Technologist level exam Open Book?

I am planning to give this examination and I know all questions come from the ASME Y14.5 Standard. But are we allowed to take the Standard to the exam? Or perhaps the self made notes to the exam?

I know the exam happens at prometric centers. Would appreciate some clarity on this exam.
