Booking for someone else using my Bonvoy account?

Before it was possible to book for someone else using my Bonvoy account on the app and change the name to the person that i’m booking it for since i’m a Titanium member and they can enjoy my benefits. Now as I was trying to book and change the name it won’t let me it’s all greyed out and not able to click for a name change. is this a very recent update are we not allowed to book for other people using our own Marriott account anymore or is this a bug?
