Gold Ranked Help

I have no idea how I can get out of bronze lll when my teammates want to rush as duelist but they can't even play them (mind you that this was the second second round and someone stole my Mantis and some decided to pick Vanguard but no surprise, it didn't help). If anyone has some advice or can rest assured me something, please let me know, thanks!
