Acquiring Skins Currency Question.

I want to buy some skins but was thinking of doing the 1400 instead of 1600 to save and get a cheap skin too. If I buy a 1400 where it’s only the skin do I keep the option of buying the emote/victory in the future for 200 or are they full priced?
