Make me a Rocket Believer

Ok, hear me out for a moment please. For those that believe Rocket is worth playing, I want to know why and I am completely Open to seeing the light in him.

Currently I am one who frowns when I have two supports and one is Rocket especially when the other team has two strategist who have OD healing Ults.

Rocket has a high win rate according to statistics but i just don’t see it. I’m not here to hate on Rocket picks I am actually trying to understand why I should “want” to see him picked. Besides cloak and dagger i see him picked in my games more than any other strategist. Make me a believer!!
