Drain AC condensate when existing exterior gravity PVC is too low

looking at this: https://www.reddit.com/r/maryland/comments/14xm12d/any_md_plumbers_in_here_that_know_code_can_we/

it sounds like I cannot route the AC condensate into my washing machine drain (would enter just before the trap).

currently, the gravity PVC that runs from my laundry room (center of the basement, surrounded on ALL sides by finished space) dumps out no problem from the little PVC around back.

the problem is, that PVC is LOWER than the patio (patio level is red line in pic), so the water just pools and runs back toward the house. the patio is basically at grade past the property line, super slight slope, so running some underground drain would never see light.

what to do???
