What does your Shepard do if they survive?

So i'm replaying legendary edition and i was curious about other peoples head canons for what happens to there Shepard after the game if they get the breath ending. My Shepard always romances liara so i picture that after they are found in the rubble and brought to a hospital they spend the next 4 years recovering then rejoin the military to help the galaxy's efforts to rebuild, alongside liara who is doing her best to help thessia since everything would be in shambles after the reaper invasion and would take at least 10 years just to repair the buildings. After another 6 years they retire from the military, move into there citadel apartment with liara who they have married and have two little blue children with her. I'd love to hear other peoples head canon's and how similar or different they are from mine 😊
