[ME2 and 3 spoilers] Does a one-timer with Jack affect any future relationships?

I’ve only played with Manshep a couple of times. One time I had a full romantic relationship with Jack; the other time I had a one-night stand with her, but my Shep was unattached. Does the one-night stand affect a relationship with Liara or Ashley? It is only one time.

Edit: To clarify, I’m talking about how it will affect an existing relationship with Liara or Ashley, not any future ones.
