Mazda Techs, Do Our Cars Really Need BG services at 30K miles?

I was at my dealership for a software update earlier today, and they had a laminated sheet with their recommended maintenance schedule. I recently bought a used CX-5, and the 30K service will be my first one. I know dealers like to recommend unnecessary services, but I also know that BG makes good products. So, is it worth it to do this? (I also know how to change my own engine and cabin air filters, so I would not be paying their markup for them to do that, i'd buy them and do it myself.)
