Blizzak 195/60r16 appropriate for 2018 touring?

I know people ask about tires often, so I'm sorry. I was never taught about this kind of stuff and I'm still confused after trying to research and just want to make sure I'm okay before I make an expensive tire/wheel purchase.

I just purchased a 2018 mazda3 touring and it currently has a set of 225/45r18 on it. I want to get winter tire/wheels ASAP (it literally snowed my first day of ownership lol). Plugged in my vehicle on tirerack for 16" and it recommended 195/60r16. Is that appropriate??

Tried using a tire size conversion thing and it did not list this size. I know it's not complicated to people who know what they're doing but I'm rather mystified. 🙃

EDIT: after poking around with filters and selecting "recommended sizes," it showed the blizzak 205 instead of the 195. Leaving the post up for any other confused soul out there. Thanks for the helpful answers everyone. 😊
