Toddler ate butt cream

Feel like a shitty mom but there it is. He was going through the diaper bag, and before I noticed he'd opened the desitin and taken a bite. He acted fine and spat it out, I don't think he got much into his digestive system, so I just gave him water to get rid of the taste. Later on, I noticed the package had a warning to call poison control if ingested. It's been almost twenty hours, he's pooped and peed plenty, just seems a bit fussy. Should I be worried?

He's 15 months, no significant medical history.
