Tonsil is blown open.

Hi there. I’ve been experiencing recurring tonsil stones and this time it was a massive one. I coughed it out about a week and a half ago and spit up blood for about 10 mins. Now, it looks like someone blew it open with a gun. Lymph nodes were swollen for a bit on the one side along with some soreness but it has gone away for the most part. I’m just wondering if this will heal on its own or should I get it checked out?
